The OG
This session provides the best of both worlds, about 30% cardio and 70% strength training. Build lean muscle and increase your aerobic capacity within the same session. This is the ultimate session for burning calories and building strength. Perfect for all levels and abilities.
IRON
Strength is the true foundation session at TXL! Not only do these sessions build overall strength through our compound lifts, but they are also designed to build lean muscle that will decrease your chance of injuries. You will be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting as you learn to move and lift with proper form. Great for all levels and abilities.
COACH’S CHOICE
Coach's Choice is exactly what it sounds like- no overthinking required. Your coach designs the workout based on what the room needs that day. Strength, conditioning, mobility, or a spicy mix of all three. Come ready for anything!
