3. How do I book a session?

Fill out the “Interested in Training” form and I will contact you to set up a call or a consultation to discuss your goals and answer any questions you have before we begin.

4. What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will include a consultation to discuss your fitness goals and any injuries or limitations. I will also complete a movement screening to understand your body’s functional strengths and areas that need improvement. From there, we’ll get started on a program that works for you, focusing on proper form and gradually increasing intensity as you progress.

5. Do you offer online training?

Yes! I offer personalized programming through an app for those who prefer to work out from home or have a busy schedule. You’ll get the same personalized coaching, but from the comfort of your space.I also offer one time purchase of programming which is another great option for working out on your own.

6. What equipment do I need?

For in-person sessions, I provide all the necessary equipment. For online sessions, you can work with basic equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or even just your body weight. I’ll guide you on what’s best based on your goals and available space.
