Katie

Katie first came to me to lose weight and gain strength. She had been discouraged with group setting workouts and felt she needed more one on one attention.

She has lost over 100lbs since she started training with me in June 2022. We train 2 days a week and focus primarily on strength training. We’ve also worked on nutrition and limiting snacking in the evening.

Justine

Justine originally started training with me to gain muscle and tone up for her wedding. She was doing mostly cardio on her own but wasn’t seeing the results she wanted. She was new to lifting weights but we eased into it and she fell in love with strength training.

We started training one day a week. However, she soon increased to 2 days a week with one on one training and added another day of training in a group setting.

We focus primarily on strength training with some metabolic workouts mixed in. She has been so happy with her results and has continued training with me post wedding.

Natalie

Natalie needed an extra push and to change things up with her training program. She came to me with health concerns and wanting to lose weight and gain muscle.

She started strength training via my app with personalized programming. After two months, she has lost over 4 inches from her waist, chest, and glutes. She also continues to eat her recommended protein and gets at least 10k steps a day.
