Intro Package for 1 on 1 Personal Training
$220 for 4 sessions
Looking to kick start your fitness journey? Have you fallen off track and need some accountability to stay consistent? Have you never strength trained before and want to start lifting weights? Do you want efficient and effective workouts that will help you achieve your goals? Do you feel plateaued and want to change up your workouts?
You will receive one free in person consultation- including measurements, setting goals, before picture, and a total body assessment.
Includes four 1 on 1 personal training 50min sessions
1 on 1 Personal Training
$70 per session
After the intro package, we will continue to train based on the assessment and the goals we set. I am here to hold you accountable, push you when you need it, and make sure you are feeling better and stronger than ever.
This includes 50min to 1 hour sessions that are tailored to your body and goals.
This includes monthly assessments to make sure we are staying on track with goals

The ability to contact me with questions at any time
Small Group Training Sessions
$45 per person
Are you looking to train with friends or family members for that extra accountability and fun? This is a more affordable option while still getting high quality workouts. This option is for a maximum of 6 people.
Includes a 50 minute full body strength and conditioning workout with friends or family members
Includes monthly assessments & goal setting
Nutrition advice when applicable
West Allis Fitness Court Group Workouts
$ Donation Based
I started hosting workouts at the West Allis Fitness Court (6900 W National Ave, West Allis, WI 53214) for the community in the summer of 2021. Unfortunately fitness can often be expensive, intimidating, and not enjoyable...so we solve these problems by making the workouts donation based, inviting, and fun!! We love new members at the court so come join us!
Classes are on either Saturday or Sunday mornings at 9am in the warmer months. Join the Facebook group to stay updated on class times.
Each class is a 45 minute, all levels, full body workout and it’s a really welcoming, fun & supportive environment to be in.
If you’re a beginner or it’s your first time at the court, no worries! I explain and break down each movement before the workout begins.
